"I have moved on from this insurance company. But I used to have state farm... I called a couple of months ago to tell them that I would like to withdraw myself from this insurance company. Because I had already found another company to go with.. when I called a woman answered (I didn't get her name) but she was RUDE. Her tone was very harsh and straightforward. And sounded agitated. Maybe she was upset from a previous call I don't know. But maybe yall should hire people with better customer service skills... Thank you kindly"

"Mr. Kiwook and his team are great! I have a lot of obstacles to success in my life and they are very understanding, which I seriously appreciate. Working with me I will stick with you and in the end that's more money for his business. I understand it may not be easy to trust that someone will pay when they're late so I appreciate that as well. I feel like they know me which is also good. If you're trying to choose between agents, go with these guys, because they'll get you taken care of."
